It's Only Tuesday?

Maybe it is because last night was quilt guild but it sure seems like it should be at least wednesday by now!

This is the customer quilt I quilted yesterday. The colors are a LOT more vibrant than this shows. This was another quilt made by a young girl at a class in our local quilt shop. Another great job from a young girl.

I spent the entire morning with a doctors appointment and running errands. Now I need to get going on things around here.

I got several hospice quilts donated last night so I want to sew labels on those today and take pictures of them. Hopefully I can get over to hospice tomorrow to drop off at least one big bag of quilts.

I started cutting out a kids quilt to take to the retreat I am going to next week. It will be another Warm Wishes quilt. This fabric I bought at least two years ago and has been bundled up ready to make a quilt out of. Figured this will be the time and best is I won't have to buy anything for it unless I need a backing at some point in the future.

Hope to finish getting that cut out after quilting my customer quilt of the day. This is a fairly small kids quilt so shouldn't take to long to do.

Not sure how the colors could be any more vibrant than what I'm seeing. The Warm Wishes pattern is a #1 in my book of charity designs. Its easily done by all, looks great and goes together fast. Did you win the BOM at guild last night? the Hospice Home will be so happy to see you with your big bag of quilts. Sandi

Good job Kathie, I am sure the Hospice House will be glad to receive the quilts.

I really like the rail fence quilt. Are the blocks cut to end up 6" finished? The right fabrics would make a cute kids quilt.
