The second day of the retreat was just as fun as the first. Lots of friends, food (a little chocolate) and sewing machines humming.
I still feel like I should have accomplished way more than I did but I had a great time.
I got this backing pieced together for my bright tumbler quilt.
I got all my blocks made for the kids Warm Wishes quilt.
I worked on sewing together some charity half square triangles also.
When I got home tuesday evening believe it or not I still felt like sewing so worked a little bit more on my Carpenters Wheel.
Everything will have to be squared up before I start to sew the rows together but I am really liking what I have so far.
Today is back to reality with shopping, many errands and getting the next customer quilt on the frame.
Hope you had a wonderful week, I sure did.
Kathie

I like the colors of your Carpenter Star. I've got to piece a back for mine and get it downstairs with all the other tops waiting for quilting. I'll be making another blown up block eventually, I love them.
Your WW charity quilt reminds me of circus colors. A child will really love it. Is your "wheel" a UFO? Sandi
