Unfortunately for me this is probably the worst number to be pulled this month. With surgery next monday and this UFO basically just left over fabric there is no way that I will have it all done before the end of the month. I will make it my goal to have the quilt top by the end of the month, I might just be able to do that.

hope you get lots done on your #9... Just left over fabric? How about doing a lasagna quilt? Do a google search -- all it is is sewing 2.5" strips together to form a huge ball and then cutting off the correct length and sewing it back together as a quilt. Super easy. Super way to use up some strips. Give it a try. (Not that I have yet but it's percolating in the back of my mind!

Maybe you can switch it out to another number? I am considering doing that with this month's--there's an older project I really want out of my project boxes! Good luck with your surgery.
I agree with Anne, maybe this would ba good month to switch with something easier due to the surgery. Either way, good luck with the surgery and the UFO projects.
