This was a stash enhancement week again. MOST of it was fabric that I needed so thats ok.
Here is the pile. I needed some fabric to back some fall runners so found the Halloween fabric on sale at Joanns. One of the pieces has already been used.
The one Christmas fabric I needed (several yards) to make backing for runners, also found that at 50% off at JoAnns.
The rest of the fabric was purchased at my local quilt shop, have to support them right? Anyway they had a 25% off sale on friday so picked up a couple cute Christmas fabrics there.
I am sure a lot of people are doing just like I am these days, only buying when you can hit a sale. I am sure that isn't good for businesses but have to cut back where you can.
Here are my current stats:
Fabric used this week: 5 yards
Fabric used YTD: 241.25 yards
Fabric purchased this week: 12 yards
Fabric purchased YTD: 177.5 yards
Net fabric used in 2011: 63.75
Most of the fabric I used this week was for backings for table runners as most of the time in the sewing room was spent on customer quilts. Think I will load the next customer quilt today but might not work on it until tomorrow.

I love when fabric comes in and out on the same week.
The holidays are going to help my Stash Report. Here's to less Stash Enhancement postings. Congrats on almost 250 yards used YTD!
That candy corn fabric is adorable! Your "used" numbers are fantastic!d
Just love the two halloween on the left and the candy canes at the back on the right. So fun and cheery! Hope you can make the money at the craft shows this year. When is the first one? Will there be one 11/21 - 11/29? I'll be in town then. Sandi
